SAI AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS

UNDER 50% SUBSIDY SCHEME IN KARNATAKA

It is a happy news to the farmers of Karnataka that Dept of Agriculture, Govt of Karnataka in association with Govt of India has introduced Farm Mechanization Scheme in Karnataka state to make Hi-Tech implements affordable to the farmers easily.

According to this scheme farmer will be able to buy SAI agricultural implements at 50% rates and rest of the 50% amount will be paid to manufacturer/trader by Govt of Karnataka and Govt of India in equal sharing

The rates approved for the different models of SAI gricultural implements are as specified

For utilizing benefit of the above mentioned Farm Mechanisation subsidy scheme farmer has to compulsorily own minimum of 4 acres of agricultural land and a tractor in his own name according to the bylaws of Govt

Procedure for availing subsidy scheme benefit :

The farmer has to submit following set of documents to the village Accountant of their respective village 0r Assistant Director of Agricultural of respective Taluk or Joint Director of Agriculture of their respective district.

The required lists of documents include:

		A copy of land extract of minimum of own 4 acres agricultural land.
		A copy of Registration certificate of own Tractor.
		A Demand Draft in favour of Shri Sai Agro Industries Payable at Hubli towards farmer share for the required model of SAI agricultural implements.
		. A letter addressing to the Assistant Director of Agriculture of their respective Taluka demanding required model of SAI agricultural implement marketed by Shri Sai Agro Industries, HUBLI under Farm Mechanisation 50% subsidy scheme.
